The M5 motorway is less than 5 minutes’ drive away from the self-catering accommodation. A TV, tea and coffee facilities and a private bathroom feature in all spacious and traditionally furnished chalets and lodges. Some include a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and a separate seating area. Breakfast and an evening meal can be enjoyed in Warren Village’s restaurant which features bare wooden floors and large glass doors. Guests can relax with a drink in the bar and games room. Clevedon’s pebbled beach and pier are a 20-minute walk away. Clevedon Golf Club is less than a 10-minute drive away and Bristol city centre is a 25-minute journey away by car.

Clevedon Golf club proudly boasts of having one of the most picturesque golf courses in the South West. The views from the course are second to none, with the new Severn crossing adding to the splendid scenery of the opening few holes. The Par 72 course is both challenging and interesting at 6557 yds with a standard scratch of 72, it will prove challenging for all standards of golfers. The front nine offers spectacular views and scenery as the course stretches along the Severn estuary then down into the valley. The back nine brings you into our new land and 5 holes which includes our 572 par 5 and not for the faint-hearted. As you leave the new land you prepare yourself for the Clevedon signature hole.

There can be few more historic places to test your handicap than at the long-established Worlebury Golf Club, near Weston super Mare. It was founded in 1908 by Henry Butt, a local philanthropist, with a group of like minded prominent businessmen, initially for their own enjoyment. This traditional parkland course offers all the challenges of golf in a hilly terrain - with an excellent mix of holes providing a stiff challenge to both low and high handicappers, under the watchful eye of club professional Gary Marks, club captain Martin Ford and club secretary Mike Wake.

Bristol airport is 9 miles outside the city centre, just off the A38. From London take the M4 until Junction 19, then take the M32 Southbound, this turns into the A38. From the North take the M5 until Junction 18, then the A4 towards Bath taking the A38 turn off. From the South take M5 north until Junction 22, then take the A38 towards Bristol and follow signs for the airport. Short and long term parking is available. Car hire is available from the airport. The nearest station is Bristol Temple Meads in Bristol town centre. Regular trains run throughout the week from Bristol Temple Meads station to London, Swindon, Cardiff, Bath and Exeter.
