From the elevated site there are magnificent views of the valley and Derwentwater. It is 3½ miles south of Keswick, ideally situated for fell walking, climbing. Greenbank is a small friendly country house were people come to relax and enjoy themselves . Many people return year after year. The Borrowdale Valley is an excellent place to use as a base for touring the Lake District. The rooms in the house are spacious and comfortable.
