Palanga, Lithuania is Our Featured Location Palanga is a city in western Lithuania, the capital of Palanga city municipality. Situated on the shore of the Baltic Sea it is the busiest Lithuanian summer resort with beautiful sand beaches dunes and an unspoilt natural environment. Modern Palanga is a year-round health resort, but is famed more for what happens during the short summer period between the beginning of June and September. During this time the population balloons from a regular 20,000, to 100,000 or more, especially during the weekends. It becomes a hotbed of hot people, sunbathers and all-night party animals. |
