The Limes is a 4 star eight roomed accomodation, beautifully designed with an old English feel, welcoming hospitality, home cooked food on an aga, great location combined to make an ideal venue for a very comfortable stay whatever the occasion. Over the winter we have been developing our business, all rooms now have en-suites and internet access. A new conservatory has been added which provides us with two rooms for multi purpose use. We are now able to cater for small business lunches, meetings (conference faclities availible) Wedding breakfasts, Dinner Parties to Wakes. Five minute walk to the Town centre, Blackwater Estuary where lots of the Thames Barges are situated, Maldon is a great place for shopping, eating and relaxing.

We have a 4**** rating for our purpose built annexe accommodation. All our rooms are modern, centrally heated and well equiped for all needs. We have a guests lounge with use of a seperate patio and garden area overlooking paddocks and countryside. We offer a wide variety of breakfast either hearty, healthy, and or vegetarian. Any dietry requirements we try to accommodate providing we are told in advance. We offer use of a fridge, and microwave within a kitchenette facility independant of the rooms. We supply towels and shower toiletries. All rooms are equiped with beverage making facilities and TV/DVD player. There is plenty of off street parking and easy disabled access. We have a passing bus route to all local towns and stations. The local town of Maldon is just a mile away where there is the historic attractions as well as the promenade. The London Barges offer trips for bird enthusiast as well as scenic treats. There are plenty of good eating places within the town and also the surrounding villages have award winning pubs. We look forward to welcoming you and feel free to call for more imformation at any time. We are a non smoking property but we do offer an outside area for smokers. We do not accept any cards only cheques/cash. For advanced bookings we do expect a deposit in the form of a cheque or bank transfer.
